2. Product Authenticity & Representation

• Handloom/Handcrafted Variations: Many of our sarees are handcrafted or woven on handlooms. Slight irregularities in the weave, print, or embroidery are characteristics of the craft and are not considered defects.

• Color Disclaimer: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and digital photography, the actual color of the saree may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

• Blouse Pieces: Unless stated otherwise, sarees are sold with an unstitched blouse piece.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our secured payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days.

• Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipping usually takes 8 to 10 business days, while international shipping may take 15 to 20 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized sarees (e.g., those with fall/pico or stitched blouses) and items sold during "Clearance Sales" are not eligible for return.

• Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery with unboxing videos or photos as proof.

6. Care Instructions

Sarees, especially silk, organza, and delicate handlooms, require specialized care. Syutara is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, dry cleaning, or ironing. We recommend professional dry cleaning for all premium products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Syutara. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Syutara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
